If you're not sure how to start your Virtual Urgent Care visit, call us. We'll walk you through the process.
On a Mobile Device
To start a Virtual Urgent Care visit for your child on your tablet or smartphone, follow these steps:
- Open the MyChart app & log in. (If you don't have it, download the app for iPhone/iPad or Android.)
- Tap your child's name at the bottom of your screen to access your child's account
- Tap "Appointments"
- Tap "Schedule Appointment"
- Tap "Tell Us Why You're Coming in"
- Tap "Virtual Visit" and follow the instructions on the screen
