To start a Virtual Urgent Care visit for your child on your desktop, follow these steps:

Login to MyChart
Access your child's account by clicking on their name. Your child's name will be next to yours.
From the "Visits" menu, select "Schedule an Appointment"
Under "Tell Us Why You're Coming in" click on "Virtual Visit"
